Autism "Awareness"

April is National Autism Awareness Month.

Here are some things about which I think everyone should be aware:

*Not every parent of an autistic child believes mercury or immunizations caused their child's autism.
*Many children with Autism behave alike but they are all vastly individual human beings.
* The Autism Society of America is NOT the voice of Autism, as they so boldly and arrogantly claim to be.
*If you want to learn about Autism, the best place to go is Neurodiversity.com. Read the things that actual Autistics have to say. Not money hungry "advocates."
